The terms define how you use Bingle Game Studio Services or Games

BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. USE OF SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Bingle Game Studio reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy at any time. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms of Service, the Bingle Game Studio Privacy Policy, or any other Bingle Game Studio policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of the Service, your license to use the Service shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop using the Service.

LICENSE AND LIMITATIONS

Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability for violation of law.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• 1. Engage in any act that Bingle Game Studio deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service or make improper use of Bingle Game Studio’s support services.
• 2. Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Bingle Game Studio game or game experience or without Bingle Game Studio’s express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files that are part of the Service or any Bingle Studio Game.
• 3. Post any information that contains nudity, excessive violence or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content.
• 4. Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group, including Bingle Game Studio employees, including Bingle Game Studio’s customer service representatives.
• 5. Solicit or attempt to solicit personal information from other users of the Service or any Bingle Game Studio game or collect or post anyone’s private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service.

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER REMEDIES, BINGLE GAME STUDIO MAY LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE ACCOUNTS OR ACCESS TO BINGLE GAME STUDIO SERVICES OR PORTIONS THEREOF IF YOU ARE, OR BINGLE GAME STUDIO SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. Bingle Game Studio may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BINGLE GAME STUDIO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR ANY REASON THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL RESOURCES WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

Statement Against Illegal Acts

To create a fair competition environment in game, protect personal account safety, we ban all forms of recharge by a third-party, maliciously refund and other improper behavior. We will execute severe punishment once identified.

In response to the malicious behavior in game, such as recharge in a third-party, apply for a refund frequently in game, and make inappropriate comments, we will silence the account or take ban penalty.

In addition, in order to ensure the personal property safety of your boss, we hereby warn you the illegal acts, such as recharge by a third-party, are not subject to legal protection, but a high risk as such acts will make your game account and passwords be easily stolen, and thereby result in property losses in the account.

Besides, in order to maintain the balance of the game, the Developer team reserves the right to adjust the existing balance of each aircraft and equipment in the game. Players will always be guaranteed the benefits and fairness in the game depending on the level of adjustment made.

UPDATES TO THE SERVICE

You understand that the Service is an evolving one. Bingle Game Studio may require that you accept updates to the Service and to Bingle Game Studio’s games you have installed on your devices. You acknowledge and agree that Bingle Game Studio may update the Service and Bingle Game Studio games, with or without notifying you.

You fully understand and agree that, in order to enhance service security and safety level, Bingle Game Studio has the right to apply one or more technical measures or/and application software into the Service; however, the mentioned measures will not guarantee that your account would not been lost or hacked, and Bingle Game is fully exempted from liability under these circumstances.

During operation and supply of products, in order to best serve customers, Bingle Game Studio has the right to update, add, change, delete and remove one or a few features, functional interfaces of the Service. Without prior notice to you, when you continue to use the Service, it is deemed that you have agreed to this entire change of the Service. In the event you do not agree, you should immediately stop using the Service, do not log back into the Service and completely remove the game from your device, in which case Bingle Game Studio will have no liability whatsoever to you with your account and data in the Service.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly abide by the regulations of the world data protection act. Personal data will only be collected to an extent that is technically required. In no case this data will be sold or passed on to third parties for any other reasons.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers fine tune our product. We do not gather any data from the child other than first name and reading age. This is only stored locally on the device and is optional. It never leaves the device, and will be erased if the user deletes the app.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at: playableglobal@gmail.com.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to one year and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at playableglobal@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.

Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LAW

By using or visiting the Service,you agree that the laws of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions and regardless of your location,will govern any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bingle Game Studio. If a dispute arises, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly through our representative email playableglobal@gmail.com. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Bingle Game Studio must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
